REFUND POLICY

In case of disappointed service, customers have the rights to cancel their order and ask for refund. All our policies are built with emphasis on achieving customer satisfaction. We guarantee that our Refund Policy will surely give you the same feeling. We recommend you to kindly go through our Refund Policy before placing the order. Our policies for Refund and Cancellation are as follows:

  • We guarantee to give you 100% money back or free of cost re-shipment in case of damage product is delivered .
  • If a wrong product is delivered, then we will provide you with the entire sum of money back or will reship the product that too free of cost.
  • In case if the product is delivered late due to any reason from our end then, customers can ask for money back or we will reship the order without charging anything more.
  • Refund will not be made until and unless you submit the Return Authorization Number.
  • Refund request will not be entertained beyond 30 days of delivery.

Note: Refund will not be initiated after 30days from the day the delivery was made.
Refund will be made consider only if we receive the Return Merchandisers number.
We will transfer the repayments to the Bank Account of the Card Holder only.
This entire process will take 10-15 business days to reflect the refunded amount on credit card holder’s statement.
